If you have booked online through our website and have received a confirmation email, this will suffice, there is no need to ring and confirm. You should just ensure you are at the meeting point on time. Meeting points and times are specified on the vouchers.

We strongly advise against just showing up at the meeting point as we cannot guarantee that there will be spaces left on the tour or the bus. It’s very important for us to know in advance how many people are on each tour so that we can ensure we have the correct sized bus. We suggest that you try and book at least a couple of weeks in advance so as to ensure that you are booked onto the tour and date that you prefer.

For the Vatican Tour there is a 5,00 euro discount for children of ages 6 to 18 and children aged 5 and under tour for Free. For all other tours, children of ages 4 to 14 have a 5,00 euro discount and children under 4 tour for free.

We can accommodate wheelchairs only for private tours. In group tours we cannot because wheelchair users must take alternate routes to move about. If you are interested in a private tour, you must provide your own wheelchair and alert the Dark Rome staff of your special requirements.
